Directions
If blending your own growing media:
Seedlings: Blend 10-20% wood fibre into 80-90% potting mix.
Transplants & Container Plants: Blend 20-40% wood fibre into 60-80% potting mix.
Always test and adjust based on plant needs and irrigation system.
If conditioning soil:
Mix into garden beds or field soil to reduce compaction and improve structure. Apply one bag per cubic metre of existing soil, incorporate into the top 5 inches.
For best results, combine with compost or nutrient-rich amendments.
A fertilization program should be started immediately upon planting.
Irrigation considerations: Wood fibre improves drainage but also holds water in fine pores. Monitor and adjust watering frequency to avoid over or under watering.
